"Your Pack's First 3 Months"  helps guide you through that critical time when your group is just beginning to form.  It gives you ideas for pack programs and critical topics that need to be addressed to assure a successful program.  Think of it as a 90-Day Warranty (well, sort of).  But, if you follow the steps in this downloadable file and don't try to cut corners, chances are very high that you'll not only have a successful first 90-days but you'll have a strong, well-established unit that can provide a quality Cub Scouting program for years to come!
