Twilight Camp, 2008

Get ready to  "Go for the Gold" at the 2008 Cub Scout Twilight camps. We're using the theme of "Summer Olympics " and your bound to have a lot of fun.  We'll have fun of olympic proportions as we play games, compete in a variety of sports and enjoy the classic Cub Scou camp favorite activites like shooting sports, memorable crafts, songs and more.

Two things have made the Gulf Ridge council Twilight Camps so popular. First of all, it’s much cooler in the evening. Second, it’s much easier for parents to attend camp with their sons so it’s more like a family camp experience.  Check out the photos below for an glimpse of some of the 2007 fun.

Registration materials will appear here in January.  For now, here's a flyer first handed out at the Program Extravaganza that shows our most current Cub Scout camping schedule for 2008.

6:00 PM Arrive at camp
6:05 PM Opening ceremonies
6:15 PM Activity #1
6:45 PM Activity #2

7:15 PM Snack time

7:30 PM Activity #3

8:00 PM Activity #4

8:30 PM Closing ceremony
