IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Attention all unit leaders, Unit Committee Chairs, and Charter Representatives!
You are cordially invited to your District Committee meeting which
is held the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Council Service Center, 7:00 PM. The District Committee is
where decisions about Training, Cub Weekends, Camporee’s, New
Units, Scouting Recruitment, Day Camp, Scouting for Food, Popcorn,
Community Service, Advancement, Venturing and much more is made. We
are in need of your participation to insure that the District is meeting
your needs in service. It’s a fact that the stronger units have
leaders that are represented at the District level. So come on out
and help make Scouting the strongest program in our community and be
part of your District Committee. For more information please contact

ROUNDTABLE
Have you asked yourself why I am losing Scouts interest? Do you feel
like you don’t know what’s available for your scouts or
yourself? The answer: Attend Roundtable. Held on the 1st Thursday
of each month at the Council Servcie Center, 13228 N. Central Ave at 7:30 PM. For more information please contact

TRAINING
If your unit is having trouble or you have recruited some new leaders
this spring let’s get them trained. If you are unable to get
to the scheduled training dates please give Nina Wolfson a call 813.988.3008.
Now is the time to evaluate your units needs and start planning and
training your leaders for the coming school year.
Come out and join us the FIRST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH FOR ROUNDTABLE, 7:30PM at the COUNCIL SERVICE CENTER.
