Hornaday Award

for Distinguished Service to Natural Resource Conservation

The Hornaday Award--named for William T. Hornaday who was an outspoken champion of conservation of our natural resources--is awarded to a Scout or a Scout unit for a significant and meaningful conservation project or participation in several conservation projects from a variety of categories.
