The Gulf Ridge Council is funded through Friends of Scouting, Popcorn Sales, Special Events, United Way and the Endowment Fund.

The Sons of the American Revolution Eagle Scout Scholarship Contest winner is Harrison Hatcher of Troop 610, chartered to St. Stephen's Catholic Church. Harrison recently earned all 121 merit badges and was presented with the Hornaday award. Congratulations to Harrison!
